Andreea Balan-Cohen, PhD, joined 趣赢平台 in June 2021 as a Vice President for Behavioral Health and Health Policy, with a focus on health care and transformation. She is a nationally recognized health care economist with 14+ years of experience managing and leading complex quantitative health care projects for public and private sector clients. She has extensive expertise in a wide array of data analytics methods and their applications to health care policy and economic analysis. Her research focuses on value-based care, payment reform, health system and health plan financial performance, quality measurement, patient experience, economic valuation, and socioeconomic determinants of health. Balan-Cohen will lead in the areas of Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) model implementation and evaluation along with performance and quality measurement.
