Kristin Nafziger is an Associate Vice President for Education Studies. She brings 20+ years of experience successfully supporting federal and state governments and foundations to implement high-quality, evidence-based programs to improve education outcomes for students and families. Her work involves translating research to practice by developing policy and program guidelines, providing responsive technical support, and implementing engaging research-based training to build educators’ capacity to implement programs.
Nafziger has demonstrated expertise in facilitating strategic performance management and communications working with clients to design and use local performance measures to continuously improve their organizational effectiveness. Her programmatic work has addressed diverse topics, including afterschool programming, school choice, early learning, K-12 interventions, and collective impact initiatives.
